About Claire Stuckey

Welcome! I'm Claire, a dietitian with a passion for helping people choose the right diet to manage their health. With over 25 years of experience working in the NHS, I specialise in supporting individuals with gut conditions including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and coeliac disease.

I believe strongly in the power of a well-tailored diet to manage and improve gut health. Whether you're struggling with digestive issues or simply seeking a healthier lifestyle, my goal is to guide you towards the best nutritional choices for your specific needs.

I also mentor future dietitians as an Associate Lecturer at the Health Sciences University in Bournemouth.

When not helping others with their diet, you'll often find me enjoying the outdoors, whether it's walking, running or taking a refreshing sea dip.

I offer face-to-face consultations in a relaxed, caring and friendly environment at my Bournemouth office, but can offer online consultations if that suits you better.

If you'd like to learn more about the services I provide, don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to working with you.
