Select your preferred Provider and an available date and time.
Follow the prompts to complete your booking.
1.3 Confirmation of Booking:Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. This confirmation serves as proof of your appointment but may be subject to changes as described in Section 6.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration. This information is used solely for managing your account and facilitating communication about your bookings.
2.2 Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
2.3 Compliance:You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using DocMap.
Providers listed on DocMap operate independently. DocMap does not employ or endorse Providers and is not responsible for the quality, outcomes, or accuracy of the services they provide.
3.2 Scope of Services:Each Provider is solely responsible for the healthcare services they deliver. It is your responsibility to verify that the Provider is appropriate for your needs.
Some Providers may charge fees for their services. All fees will be displayed during the booking process and must be paid as instructed.
4.2 Payment Processing:Payments (if applicable) may be processed by third-party payment providers. By providing payment details, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
4.3 Refunds:Refund policies vary by Provider. Please review the Provider’s refund policy before booking. DocMap is not responsible for refund disputes but may facilitate communication between users and Providers.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so via the platform within the timeframe specified by the Provider’s cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges as outlined by the Provider.
5.2 Cancellation by Provider:Providers may cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to arrange an alternative time.
Providers may modify appointment details. DocMap will notify you of any changes via email or notification.
6.2 Platform Limitations:While DocMap strives to ensure accurate availability, we cannot guarantee that all displayed slots are up-to-date.
DocMap collects only basic account registration details (e.g., name, email, and password) required to create and manage your account. We do not collect or store sensitive personal or medical information.
7.2 Data Sharing:Your registration details are not shared with Providers or any third party, except as required to facilitate communication regarding your bookings or as mandated by law.

DocMap provides a booking platform and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of the healthcare services provided by Providers.
8.2 No Warranty:DocMap makes no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform or Provider services.
8.3 Maximum Liability:To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocMap’s total liability for claims arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the booking, if applicable.
DocMap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
DocMap may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
